Virtual Reiki Healing
One hour, by appointment

This is a one hour, one-to-one appointment and we will be together either on Zoom or over the phone.
Find yourself a comfortable spot to recline or lay down where you are unlikely to be disturbed. Maybe dim the lights, light a candle and put on some gentle, soothing music. I recommend a light blanket. We will start with a brief introduction and meditation, and when the session is complete, we will have time to debrief.
There is nothing you need to do during your Reiki session but relax. You may close your eyes and might even fall asleep for a bit! Don't worry, I will sound a chime when it's time for you to return. As with an in-person Reiki session, your experience may include tingling or a warm or cool sensation in your body or certain areas as energy moves and blocks are released. People often experience a feeling of deep peace and relaxation. Reiki is very gentle and works only for your highest good.

Virtual Group Reiki Healing
One hour, pre-set monthly dates
$18
These sessions take place once a month at a pre-determined day and time and are limited to 30 people. You will be part of a small group receiving a one hour reiki healing including chakra balancing and aura work.
You will receive a Zoom link 24-48 hours prior to the session. Your video will be off, and everyone will be muted, but coming together in this way will help amplify the energy. I will open with a brief meditation and close with a chime and deep gratitude.
