Dear Lauren,
Last week I came to you with serious, excruciating back pain. After dealing with
the pain for a couple of weeks without any relief, I knew I had to schedule a reiki
session with you. During our session I could feel intense warmth around the injured
area. It also felt almost as if I were having a deep tissue massage (that feeling of
having a muscle cramp or injury "worked out"). The day after we met my back
felt considerably better. It has continued to heal and I am so grateful to you!

Dear Lauren, I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy Reiki with you. The sense of peace and calm that overtakes me the moment the session begins is hard
to describe. My body relaxes in anticipation of the healing energy is it about to
receive and any negative thoughts I harbor are cast aside as the positive energy
flows into me. My senses are both heightened and dulled, as the Reiki flows so
powerfully through you into my body and soul that I never actually know where
around me you are. Reiki has helped to heal me physically and spiritually and I

Dear Lauren,
Thank you so much for the distance reiki. I have to admit I was a little skeptical but
my knee was bothering me so much and I figured it couldn't hurt. Within a few
minutes of our agreed upon time, I could feel a warmth and tingling in my knee.
I felt this sensation for about a half an hour and afterwards the pain in my knee was
a lot less intense. I will definitely continue reiki with you both in person and by

Dear Lauren - I don't know how to explain my reactions to our regular Reiki sessions. I guess it depends on what's going on with me at the time....even when I don't KNOW something is going on! Our last session, I mentioned I had been having a nagging pain in my left shoulder, so I wanted to focus on that. What I didn't tell you was that I was struggling with how to organize and launch a project at work -- I just had not been able to "get my head around it" (there's my Southern upbringing coming through!). The evening after our session, when I wasn't even consciously thinking about the project, it all came to me and I knew
how to proceed. I don't know if it was the deeeeeeep relaxation that released my
brain, or something more mystical -- and I don't care! Thanks again.

Dear Lauren - If Max could write, I'm sure he would send his own note to praise
the benefits of Reiki. He is such an old kitty, and set in his ways. I wasn't sure how
he would react to you, and my husband and I were astonished when he took to you
immediately and was so comfortable with you. It's so hard with animals to know
just what is bothering them...but we sure can tell that after two sessions with you

Hi Lauren, As you know, Nori, our beloved 15 year old lab mix, loves getting Reiki. She can get around better after she’s had a session and her energy level improves. She’ll even go to the back edge of the yard to where she used to love exploring - it’s nice to see her getting around easier and able to do things that are usually very difficult for her.
